Life’s a beach

“I know the answer isn’t at the beach, but shouldn’t we at least check?”

I love the beach. I love that when you’re at the beach, time seems to slow down. It is easy to rest at the beach. But contrary to the old saying in the title, none of us get to live at the beach!

It has been a full summer in the midst of a full year. If you’re like me, you’re tired. Maybe feeling too tired to start the busyness that comes with fall. School is starting up. New projects at work are being assigned. Opportunities for travel and rest decreasing. And maybe you feel like you don’t have enough gas left in your tank to finish this year.

So, what do we do?

Psalm 62 will tell us the answer.

Please join us in person on Sunday at 9:30 for English or 11 for Chinese to hear more! If you can’t make it in person, you can still join us online by going through our website: then hit “watch livestream,” or go directly to our Youtube page.

Speaking of getting together, we will be getting together this Friday night at 7 at the church building for game night! And don’t forget about the ping pong tournament Saturday at 3 and the BBQ at 5! Invite your friends!

Until we meet again, by God’s grace, may you find a bit of extra gas for your tank to get you through the week!

Pastor Jason
